Levels of Measurement

We will support you in assessing results ranging from pre and post tests to impact on ROI by benchmarking.  We have partnered with clients to achieve the following levels of measurement:

Level 1 — Reaction and planned action in immediate verbal and written post-seminar evaluations by participants. Measures:  Participant satisfaction with the program, relevancy of the content, quality of the trainer, and extent to which participants feel they will use the training and recommend the training for others

Level 2 — Learning. Measures: Changes in knowledge & Skill through pre and post tests .

Level 3 — Job Application: Measures:  Changes in on-the-job behavior.  We provide pre and post training Diagnostic Assessments to measure behavior change and post-training three-month Training Impact surveys in which participants give feedback on their use of the training and specifically on business they attribute directly to what they learned in the training.

Level 4 — Business Impact: Measures:  Changes in business impact variables.  We will identify performance criteria with you and benchmark against metrics set pre and post-training to determine impact of the training.
